At iSutler, we take pride in offering quality boots, shoes, and uniforms. Because of the nature of these products, especially footwear, we encourage customers to review sizing carefully before placing an order.
At the same time, we understand that sometimes things may not work out, and we aim to keep the process fair and straightforward.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition. This means they should be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
For footwear, the soles must be clean and show no signs of outdoor use.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we recommend requesting an exchange rather than a refund.
We offer one exchange per order for sizing. Customers are responsible for sending the original item back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refunds
Refunds are available for eligible returns once the item has been received and inspected.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, original shipping charges are not refundable, and a small restocking fee may apply to cover handling and processing.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Worn or used items
Items that have been worn or used are not eligible for return.
Missing packaging
Items returned without original packaging cannot be accepted.
Clearance or final sale
Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable.
Custom or special order
Custom-made or special-order products are non-returnable.
Sizing and Fit
Our products, particularly historical and military-style boots, may fit differently compared to standard modern sizing.
We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page and contacting us if you are unsure. Many returns can be avoided by confirming sizing before placing your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos where possible.
In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.
